How to Access the PAX S300 Menu?
To access the main menu on your PAX S300 device, press the FUNC button and the number 1 simultaneously. Then, enter your s300 credit card machine device password and confirm by pressing the green button on the keypad. Navigate to the Communication option using the on-screen down-arrow.
How to Batch a PAX S300 Terminal?
To manually set the batch time on your PAX S300, follow these steps:
1. Press the Menu button on the device's screen.
2. Enter your password.
3. Go to the Merchant settings.
4. Press the down-arrow to navigate.
5. Select "Set batch time."
6. Re-enter your password.
7. Choose option 2 for auto batch and set your desired time (in 24-hour format).
What is the Default Password for the PAX S300?
After connecting your new PAX S300 PINpad device to your POS workstation, set it with a unique static IP address. To do this, press the Menu button (or the Func button and the number 1 simultaneously) on the PAX S300 device. Enter the device's password, which is set to 916860 by default on new devices.
How to Restart a PAX S300 Terminal?

By default, the Bluetooth name of a PAX device is D180-xxxxxxxx. However, users can modify the device name according to their preferences. To connect, pair your mobile device with the D180 using its Bluetooth settings.
